Hey, Early Thank you! We sure made it a fun time, though it got a little crazy... :) Thanks for the hospitality, the motel was nice, too. See you next month!! Beth
Well, its taken two weeks to recover from being bummed out about having to cancel my trip...at least after all the hassle American Airlines gave me credit for another ticket. So hopefully will see you within the next year and there will be even more in the repertoire for you to hear!
I had a wonderful dinner there the other night. Willow, my daughter, she LOVED being able to color right on the table. Doubt you got to see her work, but she had a wonderful landscape of a thunderstorm and a rainbow, complete with lightning and a horse. Sadly, the horse was struck by lightning and then bled all over his hay. It was very sad. So I drew a big chicken to lighten the mood. I think my son Tristin was drawing robot heads. I don't know why.
I suspect that Sonny's will become part of the routine now that they've gotten to experience it.
And, I have to add that our lovely waitress, Dawn, was very good. And the hostess, not sure about her name, was quite cheery and bright. Nice people. Great food. I can see why it's such a popular place!
OH! And I met this incredible woman, Liz, who was raving about your line-up for music this season! Oh goodness.
Probably the beginning of June...like that first weekend. How has your winter been? We have to go up there in like 2 weeks to get some things settled in for sure. We'll stop by if you are gonna be there!
